Local Delivery

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to PSHD And Provisions’ shipping policies. Please see our shipping page for more information on our shipping rates and procedures.

Please check all shipping addresses carefully. Since we ship perishable items, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if our delivery service needs to reroute the cooler. We only guarantee delivery to addresses provided to us that are confirmed in the order confirmation.

Pickup
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Your name and order number must be provided at the time of pickup. Your order must be picked up within 2 days of receiving notification that your items are ready for pickup. Please do not come to the store to pick up your order until you receive notification that your order is ready.

It is important that you pick up your purchase within the specified pickup window. If you do not pick up your order within this time frame, your purchase will be refunded only in the form of store credit.

Nationwide Shipping

Once your order has been shipped by our trusted third party carrier partners, your order is under their control. Once your order is placed and accepted, you will receive shipping information including a tracking number.

Please note that the Company is not responsible for delays, damages or missed deliveries while your order is in the hands of the carrier. If you encounter any issues with your shipment or any delays, please address them through the UPS system using the tracking number provided. Once an accepted order is packed and UPS picks it up, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. If delivery is delayed, UPS or other carriers will notify you via the tracking number assigned to you.

If your delivery is delayed, the Company expressly requires you to acknowledge and declare that you assume all risks to inspect the packaging contents prior to consumption.

If issues arise as a result of delayed shipment or incorrect delivery. Please report the issue to the carrier. After contacting UPS OR if you believe an error has been made with your order, please contact us at customer PSHD service. At our discretion, we will take steps to ensure your satisfaction, including sending a replacement order. You may be required to report shipping issues to the carriers in order for us to be reimbursed for the replacement delivery.

Please understand that while the Company will take all corrective measures to ensure customer satisfaction, our partners are responsible for on-time delivery. If in doubt, please contact us. Although we will help to remedy the situation, we accept no liability if customers fail to inspect and collect the delivery on time.

Payment Terms and Sales Taxes

Payment terms are as published, payment must be received by our designated payment processor in sufficient form to fund your purchase of any Services or Products.

When processing payment through our third party payment processor, you confirm that (i) the payment information you provide will be true, complete and accurate; (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the published prices, including any applicable taxes, if any; and (iv) refunds will not be initiated until you contact PSHD to correct any issues with your transactions.

Certifications

Our PSHD meat is certified by FDA and USDA Services and complies with all Islamic dietary requirements. We guarantee strict adherence to the Halal process and Islamic standards, including the purity and cleanliness of the animals and the slaughtering process. Our other animal products are certified with the same sensitivity and prepared under hygienic conditions

Changes to Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time at our discretion. All changes will come into effect when we publish them and will apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter and will be binding on you.

# Can I Cancel My Order Anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time through your customer portal up to 24 hours before Shipment and you retain full control over your order.


# If I have an account for Home Delivery, do I need to create a separate account for Home Delivery?

No need All you have to do is click CHANGE at the top of this page when you log in to your account and you will be able to enter your zip code and select Home Delivery from the list of delivery options. If your cart is already full, you can change your delivery method to home delivery during checkout. It’s that easy! 🙂

Food prices will automatically be adjusted to cover the additional cost of UPS and other postal carrier shipping and packaging. If there are items in your cart that we cannot safely ship, you will be notified so that you can remove them from your cart and add something else you want.

# Where do you offer home delivery?
We can ship to any residential or business address in the continental United States with our UPS or other postal carrier home delivery option.


# Can you ship Raw Milk with meat and other products?

I wish we could, but… our raw milk is tested, inspected and approved by the PA Department of Agriculture, but the FDA does not allow us to sell it across state lines. I am truly sorry. We don’t like it either, but the FDA’s hands are tied. If you want them to change their policy… I guess you can talk to them about it. Or come to our business and buy the raw milk from us, please

But good news! We can sell our 100% Raw Cow and Goat Cheese. So, yes, you can ship raw dairy products to your home… but not raw liquid milk. You can only buy from our office.

If you are in PA, it is not legal for us to ship Raw Milk, but it is a logistical nightmare. UPS Milk Home Delivery is triple the price, the milk is frozen and there is a risk of a milk jug breaking in transit… please choose PA Pickup Point as your delivery preference and save us all this nightmare.

# When I sign in for Home Delivery, why are some foods so much more expensive than the Pickup Point price?

Some items are more expensive for home delivery because all home delivery services are billed by weight.
Sometimes I ship with dry ice and sometimes with frozen

We ship with the weight and box volume of these affect the shipping cost

Since we do this ourselves with our own trucks and drivers, we can decide how we charge for delivery. That’s why… we intentionally go by a % of the dollar value of the product instead of the weight. This makes it much more affordable than if we were to charge per pound for each product.

We wish our prices were different, but we can’t control pricing structures. So we do the best we can. The only additional cost is the additional cost of packing an insulated food box, freezing it, and delivering it to your door quickly. We couldn’t find a cheaper way to do this, and we promise to pass on the savings if any.

# When will my card be charged?
Since our meats are variable weights, we will not charge your card until your entire order is put together and each package is weighed. This is to ensure that you are billed correctly for the actual food you receive. After your order is weighed, we will send you an email with an itemized receipt confirming your payment.

# Do I need to be home when the food arrives?

No. UPS, and other postal carriers, must leave the box outside your home if you are not home. UPS and others say on their website: “Shipments that do not require a signature [ours do not require a signature] may be left in a secure location, out of sight and out of the elements, at the discretion of the driver.”

# If I am away for the day, will my food be okay until I get home?

Absolutely. We pack everything in a 1.5″ insulated box with dry ice/ice packs so your food stays cold until the end of the delivery period. However, you are responsible for putting the food in your freezer or refrigerator at the end of the day. 🙂

# Can I buy individual items when I need them?

Of course…you can…but we do not recommend it. That is why we have a flat $10 delivery fee for all orders under $100. Small packages are very inefficient for keeping things cold and cost too much for both of us. But hey… if you really need a few things and nothing else and are willing to pay $10 more, we get it.

# Do I need to commit to a specific delivery amount?

Absolutely not. We designed Family Cow home delivery to be the exact opposite of a subscription plan. Our goal is to give you 100% freedom… putting you in the driver’s seat. You order the food you want, when you want it, and as often as you want it. Of course, we hope you’re impressed enough with our incredible health-boosting foods that you order them often… but that’s entirely up to you. We’d love to earn your trust and loyalty.

# What should I do if a package of food in my order arrives damaged?

First, we try to be extremely careful with our packaging and do our best to use enough padding to ensure your food arrives safely, even if UPS handles the box roughly.

However, if your order does arrive damaged, here’s what you need to do. Send us a note as soon as you notice the damage. If you can, take a photo of the damage. When we respond to your note, you can reply and include a photo. Photos are very helpful. They help us visualize exactly what went wrong. Maybe there is something we need to improve with the packaging. Or maybe it was all UPS or the carrier’s fault. In that case, photos can help us negotiate with UPS or the carrier so they can compensate us for any damage they caused to us.

In either case, you can be sure that we will refund your money, refund, credit, replacement food, or whatever is necessary to fix the situation. Also know that we will listen, care, and do everything we can to prevent damage from occurring.

# What if there is another issue with my order?

Don’t worry, we will fix it. Just contact us and let us know what we can do to help. We care about you and the quality of our food.

Pickup
Simply notify PSHD when you are ready to pick up your order from our location. Your name and order number must be provided at the time of pickup.

Your Custom Order must be picked up within 2 business days of receiving notification that your items are ready for pickup. Please do not come into the store to pick up your order until you receive notification that your order is ready.

It is important that you pick up your purchase within the specified pickup window. If you do not pick up your order within this time frame, your purchase will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

OUR TWO-DAY DELIVERY INITIATIVE. 2-DAY DELIVERY TO CUSTOMERS IN OUR DISTRIBUTION AREA ONLY. ORDERS TAKE 1-2 DAYS TO PROCESS. ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. DELIVERIES START AT 9:00 AM AND END AT 9:00 PM.

Return Policy
General Policy

If a customer chooses to cancel an order, they can cancel up to 24 hours before the order ships and receive a full refund, if they try to cancel within 24 hours of the order being shipped or while the package and product is being prepared, we reserve the right to hold up to 25% of the funds from a previously processed order. This policy is in place to cover processing fees, fees charged by our payment processor, and costs associated with product processing and preparation.

If a customer chooses to cancel an order, the following return policy applies:

Within 24 hours of the transaction: 15% of the funds are held.

Within 24 hours of the transaction: 25% of the funds are held..

We are not responsible for any damage or late delivery caused by the carrier. If you encounter such issues, please submit a claim directly to the carrier using your tracking link.
Your Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours and report any issues with your order. Depending on your issue, we will resolve your issues by replacing your product, crediting you towards your next order, or providing a partial/full refund for your products. Complaints received after 48 hours regarding the product will not be considered.

Since the products we ship are perishable, we kindly ask our customers to inspect their orders and the relevant receipts when placing their orders. If any changes need to be made, please contact our customer service at .
Our Local Delivery return and exchange exceptions:

PSHD reserves the right to limit or reject returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All returns without a receipt are subject to the return verification process. Returns for lost items will be recharged if PSHD or the seller can verify delivery or frequent misuse. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable law. The Manager has the final authority to accept or reject any item that is eligible for return. Under no circumstances may a Manager accept a return for an item that is not eligible. Store managers may, at their sole discretion, reject a return for an item that they believe poses a potential health or safety risk to any individual at any time.

PSHD reserves the right to close accounts or cancel or reject orders or returns due to violation or misuse of our return policy or any fraudulent activity related to returns.

Must be returned within 7 days with proof of damage/defective/wrong item delivery.
