Position Overview:
You will work in a raw meat processing facility that involves animal husbandry and raw meat cutting and processing, you will need to be comfortable in a Cold Environment. Preference is given to whichever you are experienced in ((3 different categories of different job positions)) similar jobs
Must be able to slaughter the animal, skin it after slaughtering, clean the offal, separate the animal in the desired way, chop and clean the meat, and make the desired cut for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting production line operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Duties include sorting, packaging, and sealing food products, cleaning, folding cartons or other types of packaging, and handling packaging materials.
Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, and maintaining a clean work area. Report any mechanical or material issues to Line Leader, Production Clerk, or Facility Management.
Demonstrate strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous manufacturing experience is recommended. Attend training sessions and demonstrate maintenance of safe and clean work procedures for machinery.
Comply with company policies, safety standards, food quality requirements, and sanitation initiatives. Move into various roles on the production line as directed. Occasionally assist with packaging, moving, or wrapping equipment and related parts.
Will be responsible for complying with all food safety policies and procedures applicable to this position and documented in the food safety management system.
Must perform all job duties within company safety policies, report unsafe acts and conditions to management, and promote a safe work environment throughout the facility.

Position 4:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Electrician/Mechanical Technician – 1 people
The Electrician/Mechanical Technician performs duties under the general direction of the Maintenance Officer. Independently performs maintenance, repair and/or modification of facility computer-controlled control systems and facility mechanical and electrical systems. Involved in the fabrication, application, assembly and repair of mechanical and electron mechanical equipment, installation of electrical conduit and machinery/building wiring.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Waveringly supports and recognizes the absolute importance of General Facility Safety, Food Safety, Food Defense Initiatives and Good Manufacturing Practices
Adhere to all safety programs and policies. Daily troubleshooting, repair and installation of low and high voltage (single/three phase) industrial electron mechanical and control systems for manufacturing equipment
Create parts lists and determine best routes for conduit runs and wiring in accordance with NEC code and Campbell standards. This includes the construction of both electrical and machinery electrical panels.
Support facility installations (with assistance if needed) to size conductors and conduits for loads in accordance with standards, fabricate all sizes/types of conduit, and thread field cut conduit ends and pull field wires.
Assist in maintaining documentation for existing and new equipment, control, and building power system installations.
Assist in mechanical installations as directed.
Work independently to troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Controllers and related components as required.
Restore faulty equipment Assist with operational checks on systems including system startup and configuration, wiring, calibration, grounding, and power testing
Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical failures or malfunctions of equipment or systems, repairs or replaces faulty components.
Experienced in the use of electrical diagnostic equipment such as multi meters, amperage clamps, and muggers to test electrical circuits and components to locate shorts, faulty connections, faulty parts, and replace or repair as appropriate.
Interfaces with equipment operators and maintenance personnel to diagnose problems in equipment.
Disassembles, replaces or repairs mechanical and electrical components.
Must read and interpret electrical and electronic drawings, schematics, blueprints, engineering drawings and sketches to determine problem and make appropriate repairs.
Inspects and tests components and support systems to ensure they comply with all standards and regulations. Prescribes corrective action.
Tests and calibrates electrical/electronic systems and components to ensure proper operation or to detect malfunctions.
Disassembles devices to access and remove/replace defective parts. Uses computerized equipment and software to perform test functions and produce charts for records and tracking.
Assembles and installs electrical and electron mechanical components and systems. Designs, installs and operates electronic instruments and related electron mechanical or electron pneumatic/hydraulic apparatus used to operate mechanical or electrical equipment or drives.
Writes procedures and maintains records of repairs, calibrations and tests.
Will be responsible for complying with all food safety policies and procedures applicable to this position and documented in the food safety management system.

Competencies:
Ability to read, interpret and modify electrical prints and schematics and document all changes created by the individual.
General understanding and hands-on experience of explosion-proof and intrinsically safe work environments.
Complete understanding of Facility electrical systems including DC voltage from 24V to 480V and AC voltage.
Complete understanding of relay and discrete device control systems. Proficiency in electrical installations with piping and wiring applications. Experience using sensing and control devices.
Experience using both DC and AC motors, VF Drives and Servo Controlled Systems (Allen Bradley preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience writing, programming and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role as a Commercial Refrigerator – Frozen Appliance Repair Technician:

Job Title: Slaughterhouse meat processing facility general operation and production Manager -1 people
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities and efforts of the complex to produce profitable, quality products in a safe environment and on time to meet customer needs.
Coordinate production units to achieve company-wide and individual complex goals with minimal waste or rework.
Set complex goals by determining requirements to meet production needs.
Provide leadership and direction in establishing a safe environment and “Good Neighbor” policy with the community.
Provide direction and assist in the development of managers for promotion to higher levels of responsibility.
Evaluate capital projects to determine feasibility.
Approve all salaried hires by overseeing complex salaries and wages.
Responsible for food safety, food quality and legality.
All other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Poultry and Non-Poultry Science, Animal Science or other related field of study or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in the poultry or non-poultry industry
3+ years of experience in Slaughterhouse, Hatchery, Grower and Meat Plant Operations
Expert computer skills and knowledge of creating and formulating spreadsheets.
HACCP coordination and application skills
A person who has the experience to get along with the doctor at the U.S.D.A. facility
A person who has the experience to follow the daily, weekly, monthly USDA reports, have the people under him/her do what he/she reads, and has the experience to write the same reports
A person who can understand the health of the animals to be slaughtered, and has experience in the operations from the meat to the packaging and sale after slaughtering
A person who needs to know the health rules and how to work safely
